Professional laundering for the linen your business already owns, collected, washed, finished and returned on a schedule built around your operation.
What Is It
Professional Laundering Of Your Own Linen
Our Own Linen Laundry Service involves professionally laundering linen that your business already owns, rather than a rented stock. You keep your existing sheets, towels or table linen, including any branded or bespoke pieces.
We collect it, launder it to a consistent standard, and return it fresh, spotless and ready for use on a recurring cycle built around your operation.
Why Outsource Your Laundering
Branded, embroidered or matched sets stay exactly as you selected them. We launder what you already own rather than replacing it with a supplied stock
Washing, drying, pressing and folding move off your team's task list, so housekeeping or kitchen staff can focus on guests rather than laundry cycles.
Every collection is laundered and pressed to the same standard, so presentation doesn't vary from one in-house wash to the next.
No commercial washers, dryers or presses to buy, maintain or repair on-site. That cost and complexity moves to us.
What The Service Covers
Care You Can Measure
Your linen is washed, finished and returned as your own batch, to a consistent presentation standard, on a schedule agreed with you rather than a generic rota.
| WHAT WE MANAGE | STANDARD APPLIED |
|---|---|
| Collection | Soiled linen picked up on a pre-agreed schedule matched to your operations |
| Wash process | Professional laundering to commercial hospitality hygiene standards |
| Your stock's identity | Processed as your own batch, not pooled with unrelated customers' linen |
| Finish | Pressed and folded, ready for immediate use on return |
| Delivery | Fresh linen returned promptly to keep your operation running without gaps |
Why Hospitality Businesses Choose Us
Our background in laundry equipment means we understand how commercial cycles and finishing treat different fabrics and linen types.
We launder for 4- and 5-star hotels, spas, restaurants, guesthouses and medical facilities, where presentation and hygiene leave no room for inconsistency.
As a Galway-based team serving the Western seaboard and Midlands, we build collection and delivery windows around each business directly.
We launder with environmental impact in mind, supporting businesses that want their supply chain to reflect what their guests expect.

How It Works
We review your business, linen volume and current standards to understand what a laundering-only service needs to cover.
We put together a laundering package matched to your linen mix and collection frequency.
Schedules, logistics and service expectations are agreed with your team before your first collection.
Soiled linen is collected, laundered to a consistent standard, and fresh linen is returned promptly, ready for use.
Collection frequency and volume are revisited as your occupancy or season changes.

Common Questions
Volume requirements are agreed individually based on your business size and linen mix, rather than a fixed minimum applied to every client. Through this, we offer flexibility that supports your growing laundry requirements.
Your linen is processed as your own batch through collection, laundering and return. No linen sent to us through clients is pooled with unrelated customers’ items. This ensures your linens stay separate at all times.
We handle your linen with care throughout the wash and finishing process. Any loss or damage is addressed directly with your account, and specific terms are confirmed at consultation.
Turnaround depends on your collection frequency and volume. These are agreed upon during onboarding so your schedule matches how quickly your linen needs to be back in use.
