A dedicated linen stock, laundered exclusively for your hotel, spa or restaurant, and delivered on a schedule built around your bookings.
What Is It
Dedicated linen rental stock set aside solely for your property
We purchase and maintain a stock assigned only to you. Every sheet, towel or tablecloth in it is laundered and returned to your property on each cycle, so the weight, whiteness and finish your guests feel on day one is what they feel on day one hundred.
Your guests use your personal linen supply instead of a pool shared with other businesses.
Why It Matters
Your stock stays uniform in age and condition, because it's only ever used by your property.
Your stock is sized to your occupancy, not stretched thin across a shared route during busy weeks.
Wear and usage sit against your account alone, making conversations about cost and condition straightforward.
For 4- and 5-star properties, linen is part of the guest experience. A dedicated stock keeps that standard steady.
What We Cover
Quality You Can Measure
Every item in your dedicated stock is laundered to commercial hospitality hygiene standards, with weight, whiteness and finish checked on each cycle. We ensure guests feel the same quality on day one and day one hundred.
| WHAT WE CHECK | STANDARD APPLIED |
|---|---|
| Wash process | Commercial hygiene laundering cycle, suited to hospitality and care settings |
| Fabric condition | Items rotated out of your stock once they fall below your agreed presentation standard |
| Finish | Pressed and folded finish consistent with 4- and 5-star guest expectations |
| Stock exclusivity | Assigned only to your property, never circulated through a shared pool |

Common Questions
The contract terms and length is agreed individually and varies with specific client requirements, which include par levels and the volume of stock required. We work this out with every client during the consultation meeting, and it helps us offer a service tailored to your requirements.
Even linen shared with you is assigned only to your property. Thus, wear and loss are easy to trace back to your account, which makes replacement a straightforward discussion.
Set-up time depends on the size of your property and the volume of linen required. We confirm this once you/your team share the specifics of your requirement, usually at the consultation stage.
Commercial-scale laundering typically uses water and energy more efficiently per item than in-house washing machines which run smaller, more frequent loads. We launder with environmental impact in mind as standard practice.
